Extended Stay Deluxe Pleasanton - Chabot Dr.

Great place for long stays. Bed was comfortable and the shower was awesome.

The clerk at the desk was very helpful,very friendly and gave us a call to check to make sure everything was satisfactory. Rooms were very clean and romantic yet business and homey. Loved this hotel!

The rooms are clean, except for roach disks and
I stayed on the first floor and you could hear people talking in there rooms and doors are very loud.

Hotel was great, but far from work.

The hotel was great to accomodate my early check in request. My biggest complaint was the towels smelled like cigarette smoke. I was in on a non-smoking floor.

The hotel is in a good location and for the money it's great. The room looks nice but after a closer look you can see it's not really clean and the hallway had trash from the rooms stuffed in the corner. They gave us our key and the room was still dirty, the staff is extremely unknowledgeable, the vending machines have been empty since we got here, and they attempted to make us check out 4 days early because they lost our reservation. We informed them that we had paid for 4 more days, and they continued to call and knock on our door, knowing that we are day sleepers and worked the night before.
